WOW ! I know all about that shit...it's hard enough to do your own job.....
then to cover somebodyelse's ass on top of it........no way ! Evidently, it's not who you know, it's who you blow (giggle) not funny..really I've been there it sucks !

My work is solitary. But I do understand what you mean. I find it difficult shopping in stores where clerks are insulted or whatever when you ask them a question. Vent anytime! It makes you feel better.

That's the going joke around our area. We don't know what she does and who she really is. When you spend a certain amount of time with people you get a feel of their personalitiy. Well she doesn't have one. So we call her "it" behind the bosses back.

WE HAVE ONE AT MY JOB ALSO. HOWEVER, WHAT DOESN'T DO DON'T AFFECT US IT ALL FALL ON HER. BUT IT HURT THE RESIDENT AND THATS WE GET UPSET ABOUT. LIKE TODAY SHE MADE UP FAKE BLOOD PRESSURES. 120 OVER 20 CAN YOU BELIEVE IT AND DIDN'T CARE WHEN WE TOLD HER THE NURSE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT IT. SHE WELL LET TAKE THEM OVER. AND CLOCK OUT AND WENT HOME

I understand your frustration...people do have higher productivity on some days more than others, but when there is a consistent pattern of "neglect" or "no productivity" then the issues need to be addressed. Something I learned (oops...am still learning
) is not to go to management with just a problem. Go with a solution! It's worked for me in some cases, in other cases, well, I just bitched and moaned!
