My mother would probably not even be considered "elderly" at 75 but she rambles as well. I track along with her and interject when she provides some air time. I wonder if my daughter thinks I ramble?

This was a beautiful post Julia. I'd give anything just to hear my mom's
ramblings. I miss her so much. Treasure every moment you have left with you mom AND dad! On a lighter note, it is FINALLY Springtime in the Rockies! Hope you are doing well.

I loved reading this post and you are so patient. My Mum died an Alhziemer sufferer some years ago and it was really tough. This year my sister and I were together for the weekend as you know and we remembered together all the good times.

Quirk...
Your patience, tolerance, and acceptance of your mother's situation should be a lesson to us all...

Julia..................
You are absolutely right - love and enjoy your mom as long as you have her - all too soon you won't. I wish you and your mom a beautiful Happy Mother's Day. It's so nice to see you on Blogit again.

Be well and God bless.

Well said. Momma repeats the same stories over-and-over again, too. My best to you.
