Temple, I have been making coyotes with peace pipes offered into the air,
and finally coyote trying to dress and dance as a powwow jingle dancer. My hands are orange or terra cotta again. In your peace, there will be dancing.
I just stopped reading your entry and danced to a favorite song and my new puppy had never seen that side of me. She was not impressed, but Baby got worried about my movements and walked away, and Autumn hid in the cave that I made for her new hiding self.
I must remember to dance more as it is what makes me smile outrageously on any given day. And, the dogs must learn to dance with me.
We do not have to be directed by the lives that we live, we can direct them ourselves, but we have to decide that over and over again, as we often forget this useful tool.
I decided to whine and complain and feel ill and not have much hope of health, but to do it at my work table again, my own healing place.....I am back there, not seated since November of last year, making saints and archangels and ring tailled cats, listening to my audio books, doing office work and actually cleaning my uncleaned since Nov. house. God is great, as they say in Portuguese, Deus e' grande....
I'm glad that our words to each other are not only read but absorbed. Thanks for what you write each time that you do write.

I love the thought about remembering you have the power.Too many times we think we're controlled by circumstances or events, but we still have power to choose how we react.
