the night before that I actually managed all my rituals before I sleep in the dark.  It was quite an accomplishment and I was proud of myself.  But, sometimes, things do go wrong.  I just need to be more careful!  Cheers.

Actually I dont have that many ailments now. I loved my trip and also know that every ailment says something to me.  If only I will listen!

Usually when the lights go out I already have a candle burning. Of course I am on one floor so it is easier. Sorry about your ankle...
