A Really Annoying Thing That People Sometimes Do
Consider this. Whenever people do things of that nature, you have gained the advantage. Without saying anything else, you quickly know more about them, than they do about you.

Sometimes they get cut off at the end due to time constraints, Scriber ...
Oh, and I have
two words for you (re: Paula being "irreplaceable"): "Courtney" and "Love"

Re Paula's good as gone.--I don't see her being forced to leave; she is a
good foil to the two men. The poor suckers who lose out need her encouragement. I'm surprised they have screwed with the show as much as they have. I think one time they didn't even let the loser go out with a song. lol.

My big prediction, Scriber, is that Paula's as good as gone.
I think the only reason they put up with her this long is because they were so fearful of "rocking the boat" by making any changes at all to such a "winning formula".
However, now that the show has finally started to show some signs of losing steam ...

Re: maybe ober ambitious is more what I was referring to. All things to
all people. You can tell the ower of the franchise is out of his mind he's so happy making the big bucks. And Simon talking of staying only three more years when a lot of people are woried about making it through the season.

Yeah, I hate when people overuse certain words, too, riri.
I also hate people whose opinions are always one extreme or the other.
Oh, and I love the people who aren't that way.

To be honest, Scriber, I actually think it's under-produced.
For such a "big show", it is often incredibly sloppy and even the acoustics are sometimes poor.

How dare any one interrupt when the great mademoiselle speaks
especially when she's sharing about herself. I don't think you will die but goblins and demons often live in dust balls underneath the bed and they do bite and they are nasty. That's why it's best never to shift a bed or clean under it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Better to just buy a new pair of shoes.

I'm still laughing and yes I HATE that-- I EVEN used the H word there.
I teach that the word HATE is the H word because our generation apparently hates everything and I don't want our next generation to take the word for granted like we do... But I do HATE that....

Yes… I hate when that happens. Or I can’t stand it when I’m talking to someone (perhaps even revealing a deep part of my psyche) and they have this look in their eyes as if all they’re doing is thinking about what they want to say when you’re done. Inevitably, when the open their mouth, it’s as though they haven’t heard a word you said or didn’t give a shit. Over time, I have crossed those people off my list. It’s quite a short list now though….

There's an appalling show in Australia now called It Takes Two wherein a "celebrity" is combined with a professional singer and they sing duets and are subjected to the usual revenue raising process of being voted off the show by gullible viewers. The whole business is just damned nasty.
