If it ever happens, it'll be back in time, never forward. The past is fixed but not the future. If the future is already predetermined, free will would make no difference. No decision would ever be ours. When you think about it I bet you'll agree. Guy

Assuming you mean, if you went forward 100 years, you would probably experience even more culture and future shock than my hypothetical time traveler. The length of time it took knowlege to do double remained about static until very recently. Now it doubles
very quickly, just a few years, and change is happening so fast that it is hard to
keep up with it in the present. Imagine 100 years (!) of change happening without
personal growth, allowing you even comprehend these changes. You would feel totally isolated, retarded in all ways. You too would wish to be returned to your own time. Guy
