Write the letter, it may work, if it doesn't you will feel much better for doing so. The system seems to be a bit bureaucratic and unfair. I wish you and your family the very best.

I'm so sorry to read this. It's such a difficult situation as there are real delinquent parents out there that need this type of law enforcement and then there are those like your ex that are probably doing the very best they can. I really don't know what to say........praying for you, Kendrick and your situation...........

depends on the judge, it couldnt hurt besides arent the jails full? They take the man and put him and jail how is he going to pay any way?
