whackydotter & Bo.

Well luv there was a man whose wife left him to go on holidays. When she got back 10 days later she said;

"Sam, I am so sorry, I forgot to grocery shop before I went on holidays, what on earth did you eat?"

'Well darlin' no worrry you had cans and cans of dog food and I ate 'em all. Good too."

So when the lady went to her doctor appointment the next day she told him how worried she was about her hubby eatin' the dog food.

"No problem" said the doc, "It won't hurt him a bit."

Well when she went back to see the doc the following month he kind of grinned when he asked how her hubby was gettin' along.

She said, "My hubby died."

The doc said, "Oh surely not from eating the dog food."

"Well yes in a roundabout sort of way it was" she said, " He was sitting on the couch one day and leaned way over to lick his foot and he fell offa the couch and broke his neck and died."

Have a happy day luv and Blah

it is not fit for humans, but it is made with human grade meats
not diseased, dead and dying meats so many other pet foods are made from. We feed California Natural, Felidae and Innova - Evo. Best foods there is!!!! BUT I still have not tried it!!!!

I have heard people who come into the food pantry for pick up tell me there food isn't lasting them and they had to eat dog food. I always throw in a few extra cans of whatever is on the shelf for these people (usually women)...

Mine prefer Kibbles 'n Bits. I've tried the more expensive kinds, and they turn their noses up at it. Imagine.

whacky
now the animals in our house are crazy, the dog eats the cat food preffered over the dog food and then the big dog eats the puppy chow and the puppies eat her food.  They all seem to be in good condition but I keep having to buy the cat food as the dogs like it best.  I remember Skippy dog food a long time ago  and it as the cheapest that we could afford and we fed ours like your mom with the opening of both ends of the can, they seem to do fine with that food.

Oh! Goodness no!  But when my daughter was a toddler, she used to sneak into the kitchen and eat from the cat food bag.

We found this quite odd, as she wasn't a good eater. It was really hard to get her to eat anything.
