Have had tapes stolen from my car when I used to park on the street.
It's the pits, especially since they were all classical music.
Glad you took the time to get the truck's license number and are notifying whoever needs to know about potential id theft. Also congratulations on the new door openers.

Wow! Crazy - a few months ago, there was a rash of garage and car burglaries in the neighborhoods here - the house next door had something weird stolen out of their garage (I think it was a leaf blower or something equally random-seeming). The thing about those kinds of burglaries is that...well, there's not a whole lot of value to burgle, so it's more of a violation than anything else. And just leaves you feeling creepy. I'm glad nothing of value was stolen from your car (got a chuckle out of the stereo line, btw :) and I hope you have a wonderful trip to Michigan with the Baby Bunny!!
