Hmmm, come to dinner some time . . . maybe you change your mind about small town Ohio food.
Good luck with the cheesecake. My new dream is to have an outdoor wood burning oven to make artisan breads and pizza. My husband thinks I'm crazy.

I made a pumpkin cheesecake once for the holidays. It was so pretty and I thought they would love it. Everyone turned up their noses at it. The ones not fond of pumpkin wouldn't even try it and the ones who liked pumpkin wanted old fashioned pumpkin pie. I liked it but I never made it again.
