I love to take naps...
I often take mental ones if I can't actually take a real one! I fall asleep at my keyboard sometimes at work. Anyways... as for the Real Age thing. You can go to Tickle.com and they have the test there. That way you're not dangling in a mystery forever lol.

I do the same – I lie down just before 4:00, tune in Oprah and darned if I don’t drop off to sleep mid way through her show (and I enjoy watching her show). Naps are great. They say they shouldn’t exceed a ½ hour though otherwise you won’t awaken with that refreshed feeling. Nap on!

I never ever used to take a nap and I used to kid my mom about doing it every day. Now that its too late to not kid her anymore, I fully understand and have formed my own habit of dozing off every afternoon. Pitiful and I snore at the same time.

Yes, I take naps in such hot weather. Sometimes in the wintertime too, because of my joints.
I wouldn't worry about your real age...You probably don't look it anyway...
