Hi star4you
You give sound advice. You probably fall asleep when your head hits the pillow. Good talent. I may get there yet. Maybe deep breathing would help.

Hi lustorlove
Napping is good. Most cats have nine lives and they nap a lot,
Michael is a strong and beautiful name. Good luck !!

Hi Chiltree
Sometimes I awaken and feel like I have clinched my teeth all night. What a bummer. Well, there is alway another night, maybe I'll relax and get sleep tonight. Thanks for sharing.

I understand somewhat the feeling and by the life of me when that non sleepy feeling hits, it is real. I may start getting up earlier, maybe that would make me tired earlier. hum, what do you think?

A hot bubble bath will usually do the trick for me, but not always. I am an insomniac

I suffer from chronic insomnia - so, apparently, I haven't yet found something, that really makes me relax...
