Blurring of dark and light
When a clear distinction is made from right and wrong and then that distinction is blurred, what is clear light is brought closer to what is utter darkness.
Since the truth is clear and visible to all, any dulling of truth, renders it more confusing to all.
Man's desire to adjust the truth to suit his own needs is the very reason why things are in such a mess. We have brought distortions upon ourselves so that it is becoming more and more difficult to distinguish right from wrong.
