Awesome.....
and sigh...been thinking about america and travelling a lot lately...just got to save up...and I'd rather the humidity than the -3 degrees temperature we're getting at the moment.

Are you sure you're not in the Carolinas?
Hot and humid describes us right now. It's alternating with a hot and dry bake that makes my sinuses ache.

I'm one of those rare weirdos, who actually thrives, out in hot, humid weather - it's that "evil" (LOL!) cold weather, that slows me down, sometimes to a complete, halt! Nice sonnet!

(I'll find out in a mo whether I typed that properly).. I think we beat you on the rain about a week ago, shades of nappyland when it was so wet that I couldn't get things in off the line, having been daft enough to put them out in the first place. And then our rain gave way to cold weather and frost... would you adam-and-eve it..

Tony -
If you'll forgive me for this attempt:
It may be hot in UK towns
But not like our desert brown
Where today's 112 will wilt our trees
As we drown in 60% humidity

Rain or heat
I like them both. Rain is soothing but up here we have seen very little of it. I like theheat because I don't like the cold we get for 9 months out of the year, (MN)

Aren't we strange creatures... we can't stand the rain, then we can't handle the heat, then we're wishing for rain. Hope you finally got a shirt ironed....
