I had one of those first cell phones...It stayed in my motor home in WPB and I didn't take it with me when I went out, but it was good to have there because I could talk to my family from there...After several years of evolving the cell phone became a part of my everyday attire.. Then the day came when I said "The heck with it" and now I refuse to have a cell in my purse or carrying it with me. I keep it in the car (never allow it in the house) and keep it turned off as I see it as something I could use in emergency. I am down on cell phones!

I hate cell phones for four reasons. Im always available to people looking for me. Im too scared to switch off the phone incase I miss an emergancy . Secondly in the places you need a phone most,where a car can break down,the reception is usually poor. Then theres the battery you have to make sure is always charged. Lastly, people abuse the photo phones to take porno pictures.
