but I had learned a lot in life and understood that value of peace and happiness is higher than the fight back.....ANY BODY CAN PICK ON ME, IT DOESN'T MAKE ME ANY LESS THAN WHO I AM, SO FOCUS MY ENERGY FOR A BETTER REASON OF MY LIFE.......I learned to grow even if it's a bit by bit......

I have raised in a surrounding where I learn meditation when I was a child.... but I lost so much of peace in life at times, so my mind search for the peace and I go back to those nice days, unconsciously I do meditate to regain my peace.......but not traditional way....
IN LIFE TO MAINTAIN BALANCE, WE ALL NEED MEDITATION....
