I like NM heat-- no humidty. I was born there and whenever
we would go there in the summers growing up-- my curly hair would be STRAIGHT--- never knew what to do-- so we would settle for a water ballon fight with all the cousins at white sands--- every time.

Never gets really hot where I live (although we had a freak few days last week when it hit the high 90s). I was in Palm Spring once when it hit 140 and I'd been sitting in a nice cool bar sipping fruity cocktails enjoying my afternoon. When it came time to leave, we walked outside to cross the parking lot and WHAM those cocktails hit me like a hammer.

and I complain when it hits 80 or 90, but we dont usually need air, but in the car

Whacky, I rode through NM on my way to Vegas, I should've
stopped to visit you and Bo ! It was a terribly windy day, and on a Harley that is so not cool ! We stayed in Corrizozo, because it was unsafe to go further. 75 mi.p/hr winds !

Not not it's not hot
But it sure was a week or so ago...thought I would die from the heat..Thankful for A/C.
Fellow blogger BlondeAmbition was in Vegas during that heat wave...I would think everyone stayed inside or risk heat stroke..

Finally cooled off here.

Whacky, not bad at all here today.
If I remember right, in NM the temp kind of depends on where you are. Santa Fe always seemed so much cooler than Albequerque and south of there you could Bernalillo hand just by touching the pavement. And, down Socorro way, Aye Chihuahua!
