Irish - This is lovely. With every step there is a thought; a gratitude,
a remembrance of many minutes in life. Well done! I really liked this. Reminded me of what I did when I walked 15,000 steps per day during my 100 pound weight loss. I did the same thing! Have a positive, thoughtful day!

A good long hike is good for so many things
and you painted a great picture of the strength you gain as you continue on your way.very nicely done. Glad you liked Scrounging poets dumpsters, as far as finding your mind goes you might like "of all the things I've lost I miss my mind the most" It is in where the Hell is Heaven?
