Whacky, Does talc work for ants?
If so, does it hurt cats. I have an awful time keeping tiny ants away from Pitiful's food bowl. What if I sprinkled talc around and then sat the bowl in the middle of it? Would that hurt the cat?

Whacky, with the exception of an occasional centipede or milipede
(who really counts legs to see which it is???..
