Dog on, darn (no reflection on Bo) what a disappointment. Maybe they improved the foundation, the electronic scanners, or maybe they changed light bulbs. Yes that is the way civic budgets go some times. Hey, maybe they will contiue to do some work on the weekends. They could be doing the pay as you go policy. Hope all will get better

they have been renovating several of the branch libraries here
and only one appears to be improved. Cities cough up the money-- libraries are needed

syndrome. Are your libraries state-owned (is that a nation wide thing)? I dunno, anyway, ceiling tiles.....yeah, sounds like an environmental issue to me. rom Chrylann
