yes, a.n.b. It doesn't seem right. They drive down busy streets and on the
sidewalks. I've seen one old guy all over in a 2-3 mile radius. I saw him yesterday carrying a big rug rolled up, tooling down the hill on his Hoveround. And there's another lady I catch a couple of times a week crossing the same busy intersection - she is an obese lady and there is usually a young boy - maybe a grandson - standing up on the back hanging on.
