This is a very good and very true post. I have noticed people over the years that had problems in their marriage, but didn't seem to notice, and soon one or the other would be gone. It would sometimes catch the other completely off guard; it was as if they were completely unaware that there was a problem in the marriage or in their life at all until the partner was gone.

can't say no ... and then we become resentful when all our effort is unapreciated. Then someday we can't take it anymore and KABOOM!
