I've gone a few rounds with panty hose myself. Usually the battle ends
up with me winning, because I'm pretty stubborn & when ya gotta go... Maybe you could keep a small pair of scissors handy in case you have to cut them off in an emergency...

Good tip!
Back before I made a vow to never let a pair of panty hose near my body ever, ever again, I once got my skirt caught in the waist band when I went to the bathroom, and proceeded to walk through my office giving everyone a shot of my then over-sized butt and panties and panty hose. Eekk!
