Mariaki this food for thought tasted very well, and made me think a lot. I should read this quite often, as I really need to put my brain in gear more often than I do for deeper thoughts. I enjoy just kicking back and making casual conversation fro the most part with an occasional serious talk taking place. I hope that you enjoyed your short time off. I too have taken a few days away--not that I went anywhere, but some of the Grandkids were here and they kept us all busy with out taking time for the computer.
I enjoyed this much.

Sometimes, almost as quickly as a blink, we can lose what we thought made us feel safe and comfortable. Just as quickly we can redefine what those needs are and re-chart our course. Great poem and I enjoyed the quotes.
