Mary....I know this prayer....

Foliage, I hope this may add for the benefit of all, from an angle of mataphysics called the Law of Rhythm:
We know from physics and the Hermetic Laws that everything is in constant change and constant movement and that reality is composed of opposites. The law of rhythm gives us an important insight into how these opposites move. They move in circles. Like waves in the ocean, the linear movement that appears to advance actually contains millions of individual drops of water turning in circles. Again the paradox of opposites. Things are not as they seem! You must, as sannhet says, keep on and keeping on!
