Thanks, food4thought
What could be finer than an old joke as a comment on an old joke? And very well told, I might add. Thanks for reminding me of this one, even though now I can't use it myself. But every good old joke always reminds the listener of at least two more worth the telling, so the inspiration won't be wasted. I hope to find time to stop by and visit all five of my readers soon. Thanks, again.

Funny...
Reminds me of one...guy gets a date with a girl in a wheelchair. As he is bringing her home she asks for sex. Well, he asks how that can be done, she says to bring her to the back fence and she can grab the rails with her arms and then her lower parts are, er, accessible. So the deed is done and he takes her back to the house. Her father is surprised when the dorbell rings and the guy wheels her back into the house. "Why are you surprised?" the guy asks. The dad says, "everybody else just leaves her hanging on the fence."

Fortunately it is only a joke. Some things are just so strange and unusual that we can't help but laugh, even when it's grossly inappropriate. It's better to get those laughs out of our system at a made up joke than to fall victim to them in awkward real life situations.

Thanks, Ri
I'm glad you appreciated it. I thought it was a riot the first time I heard it even though everything in my upbringing was screaming "that's not funny, it's horrible!" And it is. Horribly funny.
