Hey, I hadn't seen this blog of yours yet....
where have I been? 
Great tips...I'm starting to get a bit on the skinny side....so I really need to work on building some muscle!

These are really good tips.
Also, to prevent bulking up from lifting weights, lift them slowly and try to really "feel it"; don't go for speed.
