I can relate to your situation,its very hard to have a loved one hurt. I've only seen mygrandmother twice in my adult years. I hear about her through my mother. she is 86 yrs old. not too long ago my grand ma fell and broke her hip, she was in texas, my mom made the effort tosend money to my aunt. I couldn't go see her because, i didn't have the money, I was looking for a job at the time. So i can also Identified with your brother, please dont so hard on him. I'm sure he may be afraid to face losing someone. Infact he may feel guilty later,if she doesnt come out. But either way its good your grandma has your support. Good Luck for the best out come.
