Whacky
It's a good way of getting rid of wind as well as hurting your head, Whacky.  Why don't you try to see if Bo can do it?

Whoa, I can't stand
on my head. Not even with a pillow!  Take care

whacky
a very good accomplishment, maybe the world looks better upside down, but I dont think I could get my big butt in the air long enough to stand on my head, so I guess I will remain with my blonde old age brainEeyore standing on head

What's the air like on the ground?

Whacky
I'm afraid that standing on my head would probably make me nauseus.   Either that, or break my neck.

Re: Whaky
LOL ... I've tried it but I don't like the sensation very much ... seems like I lose my sense of perspective. heheh

Whacky nope I can't say that standing on my head is something I do without getting sick.

Wacky
They do say it's a good thing - standing on your head, that is.  Can't say as I've ever had the urge to do so AND watch cooking shows but it sounds like an interesting exercise.  I'll take it under consideration.

but could never do a headstand

I'm upside down today
given that I just did my itinerary for the next six months.

I haven't been upside down much either. Unlike riri, I have only one cat, but she might be upset - anyway, that's my excuse! And give Bo a pat from me!

Whacky, I used to be able to stand on my head, but not for that long..
Does Martha Stewart look any better upside down than she does rightside up??.. ...

I have always wanted to try yoga but with all the cats--- someone will
get hurt

love yoga.
I haven't been in a headstand for over a month though.  Someone must yell at me or something!  Tell me to get my butt up in the air and meditate!!!   I miss it!!!
