Whacky
It's a good way of getting rid of wind as well as hurting your head, Whacky. Why don't you try to see if Bo can do it?

whacky
a very good accomplishment, maybe the world looks better upside down, but I dont think I could get my big butt in the air long enough to stand on my head, so I guess I will remain with my blonde old age brain

I'm afraid that standing on my head would probably make me nauseus. Either that, or break my neck.

They do say it's a good thing - standing on your head, that is. Can't say as I've ever had the urge to do so AND watch cooking shows but it sounds like an interesting exercise. I'll take it under consideration.

I haven't been upside down much either. Unlike riri, I have only one cat, but she might be upset - anyway, that's
my excuse! And give Bo a pat from me!

Whacky, I used to be able to stand on my head, but not for that long..
Does Martha Stewart look any better upside down than she does rightside up??..

love yoga.
I haven't been in a headstand for over a month though. Someone must yell at me or something! Tell me to get my butt up in the air and meditate!!! I miss it!!!
