I worked my way into it. I couldn't even bend. It makes you more flexible and fitter. But keeping dates with your mat is important. Thanks Guy!

You're right. I had to grit my teeth, buckle up and do it. And, I am not sorry! Wish I could do some exercises. Thanks!

Sorry! It is so difficult to compress, yet explain things. Explanations will come though. Thanks.

I did some yoga in highschool...
but most of the excersizes were too hard for me. I'm not the type I guess. And as an ideology, I'm not the hindu type either. But still, yoga is an interesting and - no doubt - a usful thing.

I like blogit for that very reason. The fact that I dont have to
meticulously compose my posts. When I start writing it may begin with an idea. Most of the time I dont know where the post is taking me. I find this really freeing. As a Christian we believe that when you have emptied yourself of all the garbage, fill the empty space with God/His Holy Spirit, else evil spirits will move in . Good post.

Thanks for the kind comments. I cannot do the Hatha Yoga because the radiation at floor level is too strong. But I will as soon as I move! Do the travel, it is worth it!

It reminds my childhood, I learned some yoga, but
not practising it now is the problem.......Lot of good things you learn while you are child, but I lost a lot of good things what Ilearned........because I let it happen....You remind me to travel through my mind........THANK YOU AND HAVE A GREAT DAY

I came across him many years ago. Maybe it was 'light on yoga' or something so.Treading the path laid out by Patanjali and reinforced by Swami Shivananda, there was not much to identify with or embrace from BKS or Yogananda, or Carlos Castaneda, or Lobsang Rampa. Rampa, turned out to be fake as my research a few years ago revealed. Thanks!
