- Go to ANTIQUES ROADSHOW?
Whacky
We watch the British original, the Canadian, The American and the Australian shows. There is one thing I can guarantee - if either ice hockey or antiques roadshow is on television - I have no chance of watching anything else. Mm? I wonder if Ell could buy a second TV on her garage sale hunts?

I watch it...
Hoping to get hot tips at treasures I might find at a yard sale, but so far no one has brought in one left flip-flop which is mostly what one finds at yardsales.

I like the show because I love everything vintage - clothes, cars,
houses, furniture. And I love it when people say they found their item at a yard sale!

It's one of the few things I try to watch regularly. It also makes me periodically scour the house for old stuff I could take down there and find out if it's worth thousands...

Son #1 just loves
Antiques Road Show. I have seen it a few times and one can get caught up in it, especially those times when a person has something and they don't have a clue even what it is. LOL

I did see the show. The team swarm into your storage spaces and come up with estimates of everything old and dusty. Why, some people buy new cars with the proceeds. A nd the auctions are so nerve-wracking. A very unusual twist to life!

sounds like the opposite of a 'garage sale' or 'a car boot sale.'

I watch it quite often. I love the old castles and homes they go
to and the history behind them and the objects people bring along.

I watch it sometimes. Those things I think have value don't and those I don't think are worth bringing do. Sometimes someone will have some thing nobody would think twice about tossing and find it is thousands of dollars. Wow. Hi =^..^= and Mama.
