I haven't heard
of women plucking their eyelashes. The women must have very very thick eye lashes. That's interesting about charcoal! Take care Soul_Builder

Your series is excellent! I have read from front to back. I was in this
state of research for fifteen years if not more. I am still working toward my nutrition certification and keep getting side tracked with the needs of everyday living but will be there shortly. I don't know where else you have written, but would like to. On to the GM information. Your information is valuable beyond measure! (Your read is my morning coffee. Good morning & Blessings to you this day).

Re: Re: Re: soulbuilder101
Lustor... I am using the computer in the library. There are 90 minutes given, in 30 minute sessions. I am trying to figure out how to do a post which takes time. I would have to do a post, then edit, then read. Sheesh! Life couldn't be more bothersome! Waiting for what? I replied to you earlier and will read tonight. I have 15/90 mins left. Oh! You mean that post on love! Not yet! I am going with the flow! Thanks!

I was faced with situations, ongoing for many years, which had to be solved. The alternative was to lay down and die. I searched and researched. A lot of contemplation! I first used herbs as my principal defence. Then I discovered other things...... and my 'bag' got bigger. I don't pamper evil people. They deliberately did what they did. They had no mercy on me. But I can defend myself now! Thanks matie!

If you are in optimum health, there is little they can do to you. But ill-health creeps up on you. Did you know that 70-75% of the food out there has been produced from genetically engineered items? Plants are engineered to produce pesticides which prevent them from being attacked insects and pests. Do a google on the dangers of GE foods. Same thing for fast foods. Kindness does rattle them, as does soulful music. My response to them is .. you be you and I will be me.... but don't tresspass. Thanks!

Kabu and riri..
Dove is an excellent choice, especially in winter when you dry out much quicker. I use baby oil or olive oil instead of all the lotions. When I read the labels and can't pronounce the words, I tell myself this is not safe! Thanks to both of you!

Yes, I know about the cimney soot and the cobwebs. We also, for cuts, use cigarette tobacco soaked by rum, and the wound is tied with a cloth. The tar and the turpentine, is new knowledge for me. Thanks Spinner for your encouraging words. I appreciate them.

Great information. Thanks.
My bag of tricks is quite small... healthy food, a walk in nature, laughing and a thirst for knowledge. Although I think some others would come in handy!LOL

Call me “simple” but I’m not one to buy into the necessity of a “bag of tricks” (although admittedly I receive acupressure monthly). Your post was fascinating, however. For me, equipped with water, faith, compassion, and hope I feel I have enough to ward off those snake-power people. Kill them with kindness….

I agree one hundred percent soul. thats what i'm goanna call u from know on its hard typing all this stuff with one finger. I as well as you believe a lot in the old ways. I remember my father talking about charcoal smut from the chimney with cob webs for large cut or deep cuts back then they used black tar and turpentine as well but you more than likely no this due to your vast knowledge on these things. I enjoy reading your work even if I don't comment. thanks / spinner
