I was never good at sewing even though mum used to be a great seamstress ... I couldn't even get the thread into the needle (please refer to nickname for clarification!)

For some strange reason, when I started blogging my sewing/mending habit dwindled to absolutely nothing.  I don't even know where my sewing basket is anymore.  I don't really know what I would do if a button came off of something.
