Yes Indeed! I have been walking a food 'tightrope' for a few years now! Organics is not always an option. But it is the best we have! Thanks!

Great information!
These are things I wouldn't know if there wasn't a website offering the information. I can see I buy a lot of groceries that aren't very good for my family. I'll have to do something about that! Take care

You still have to be alert. These people are into seed distribution as well. If you eat purely indian food, you should be safe! But watch the flour, if it contains soy additives, it could from GM sources. Thanks!

The Doctors and researchers over there are listened to in Europe! So I have only heard of corn in Europe! But you still have to read the labels to ensure the safeness of the processed foods that you buy. Be alert in groceries! Thanks!

I always wondered why I moved here!
Thank goodness most of these brands are unknown here and everyone buys their bread and bakery items from one of the bakers we have on each corner; as for baby food we always make our own "fresh". Fortunately "home grown" produce (fruit and veg) is still our main source but I suppose now we are in Europe a lot of our healthy options will fade away. Thanks for this informative list

Re: soulbuilder101
No, it doesn't taste like crap. GM foods make you sick, you can feel it after you eat! The non-GM foods are safe, and you feel good after eating! Thanks!

There are many supplements with extracts of the hood things in food! These along with multi vitamins and minerals are a must. Food is medicine, but you need bulk too. 2 posts to come with more Non- and GM brands. There is hope! Thanks!

A great post and I did see some things we have here in Canada as well. It's getting so that I'm thinking of simply eating porridge for all my meals because I spend so much time reading labels that don't seem to tell the truth anyway..........................

Search the British and EU databases, maybe there is more on this there! Knowing the truth, spread it to your friends! And check how you feel after eating, it is a sure guide! Thanks!

If they can get organic ingredients and make their own, fine. People purchase when there is no other choice! It is nice to have safe alternatives! Thanks!

Most of the Joes I have met in my past, live in a twilight zone they know not. They have other 'core pursuits! To raise issues such as these will be pointless. People are lost in their games, their pursuits of more and bigger. They cannot see through the smokescreens, and come up with a million reasons not to go spiritual and so obtain their own source of guidance. It is guidance that brought me to all these things. Furthermore, they persecute me and cause me pain. So, I see the eventualities in their lives and move on! The Joes willing to follow a tip or two will benefit. There will be more! Thanks!

Good to catch up with these GM posts - vital info!!
Many of the brands are unfamiliar to me but there are some we have over in the UK, such as Kelloggs, and the chocolate manufacturers.

Kind of begs some questions like “Doesn’t anyone make waffles anymore?”, “Doesn’t anyone buy bread from a local bakery using non processed flour?”, “Doesn’t anyone make their own baby food from fresh local produce?”. Ummm….
