Re: lustorlove
FINALLY.......goose bumps!!! Thank you for that validation

! Life certainly does insert random blessings by means of our children - sometimes they're easier to see than others, of course

this story gave me goose bumps, life has a way of showing us why we are lucky to have our children, each one of them hold a special meaning. Someday I will know why God sent me my last child when I was 42 years old.

What a fabulous tribute. It reminds me of a story I read once--
the credit goes to Leo Buscaglia, singled out a boy to demonstrate the power of love. The child sat with his neighbor, an old man who just lost his wife to cancer. When asked what he said to the man, the boy replied, "nothing, I just helped him cry."
Wonderful of you to honor your son in such a loving manner!

Re: Soul Builder
So nice to see your name again - sort of like an old, new friend that I haven't seen in a while

! I've been "off-the-blog" for about a month...wasn't sure if anyone would remember me after so many days of absence! Thank you for noticing my post, taking time to read it and, of course, thank your for your lovely words of acknowledgement and empathy.

Re: Hi :) opheliablue
Thank you - and yes, my son is still that same, old soul...a very loving young man!
Lucky me
! Hope to see you back soon - I have a poetry blog, too. If you have some extra reading time on your hands. I always appreciate feedback from accomplished/published writers/poets, such as yourself.
Make today a good one!

Re: Ciel
Thank you

I'd be interested in hearing what made/makes your son your hero, as well.
