Oh yes, very important that you find your 'me' time luv, how about with meditation? I can escape for 15 minutes at a time and come back refreshed, try it my friend.

Save some time for you. Write an appointment on your daily calendar for Mrs. Smith 10 coffee or Saturday brunch with Mrs. Smith. YOU BE MRS SMITH and take some time to read, rest, bath and even get a massage.

I can remember feeling like that a lot when my four boys were between the ages of newborn to eighteen. LOL I also felt like that again when I was working and taking care of my aged parents. I think I'm glad to be 70. LOL. How long til you get there so you can have peace?
