It was working fine. Then I ran my scans etc, then it stopped. Guess I must have quarantined something I needed. I will try to go back and restore! Thanks!

Oh you poor thing! The audio went on my latop about 4 times in the last week but it came back again and I think I just rebooted it. Suppose you've checked all the audio settings and vlolume controls etc? Have you got speakers? If so, are they both not working? Do you run virus scans every day? The virus definitions need to be updated regularly and the scan run every day. So many questions... sorry not many answers. Is hard to say without seeing it. What kind of computer have you got? Have you get a helpline number to ring if you have to?
