We have been using our eyes 24/7 but we seldom think about them. We took them for granted until we see the blind and then we remember our precious eyesight. Do an eyewash once a week, and take in eyebright capsules at least once a week. They are the only ones you have.

Rich, this ki chi is reddish in color. The chinese used to make soup with it but it can be very 'heaty for the body. Too much is not advisable.

I drink chrysanthemum flowers here Soulbuilder but never knew that it is good for the eyes as well. You have quite an extensive knowledge on herbs Soulbuilder.

My Chinese grandpa used to drink a traditional herbal soup cooked from 'ki chi'. He claimed that it is good for the eyesight.
