- Go to The Wild Turkey Attack!
I do a craft show every year in a town that has a wild turkey as the town pet. It wanders in and out of stores and struts right down the middle of main strut as though it owns the town. Cars stop and patiently wait for it to move on. It's really funny to see.

My niece's family have to fight them off where they live in Round Lake Beach north of Chicago. They are often attacked when they are in their own yard and keep a broom handy at the front door to drive them away.

The ones I've seen are tame. That one's cute, not small, but cute.

This is wild in more ways than just a turkey walking down the street.
