Nicely done tech complaint, echoes mightily in memory and dread
of future similarities. We miss .Dave - I'm emailing daily to encourage Shaycom to reconsider and re-examine whatever the hell made 'em do what they did. I still can't believe it. Hope you're online and at full capacity by the time you see this. :)pat

Nah Zena, sad to say. My main aim was to write a poem for a competition
but that's now expired. Now that you've kindly sent it I'll definitely look at it as soon as I can. It pisses me off that i paid $40+ for the same software and they don't even make it easy to download. So far all I've got is BitTorrent - there's loads of other stuff and no tutorial as far as I can see. The discussion forum comments are so bloody geeky and drowned in tech-speak that I'd never dream of asking a simple question on there!

PS: Yes, I had to uninstall and reinstall, but then had to ring up to
get the username and password. So because of one thing and another - their telephone support expiring at 8pm for example - I've been cut adrift for 2 days! It's horrible isn't it? I'm only commenting now from work, otherwise i wouldn't be able to for several more hours...

It's a good thing my modem problem was fixed when a friend told me to unplug it and plug it back in or I'd still be without internet access and that would just ruin my day.
