I think that's a fine schedule and the fact you had 1 day to recoup from the work is good. Plus with the other 3 days you could even steal a mini vacation
..

Yeah it does not suit some people, but I can only agree with what you say. I'm not hot on figures, but surely you get more time to yourself working 12 hours and reaping the time you have off. (I think).

I personally like the 4 on, 4 off, or 4 on, 3 off systems.
I agree that they are better for morale and for getting things done on off days; I think companies shy away from it not for production reasons, but becuase the staff doesn't want to work manditory 12-hour days.
