Yeah, heating bills alone would really take a bite out of your pocketbook.
I mean, they would really bleed you dry. But it would be neat to resurrect a place like that. Bringing it back from the dead would be quite a project, but i'm sure in the long run it might bring a rosy glow to anyone batty enough to visit...
