Wow did this ever hit home...I too fell in love with a man who was in his early 40's while I turned 50..We lived together for a few years and to this day I don't know how I lived the first year without him....Actually I do, I married another man and was divorced in a very short time..Excellent post...

My son told me the trouble with most people my age is they are afraid to stepout of a comfort zone and explore new horizons. I just enjoy life. Period

Yes, absolutely life changes with age...other wise we'd all be socially retarded etc. Change happens in time, with time, not at a specific age but with time. 50 was a huge milestone for me, for I thought I'd never reach 50...but I did. I miss my lover desperately however he cannot pull himself from the past, everything revolves around the past with him and I want to move forward and I know some really cool stuff is in store for me with every step I take forward.
