That sounds like a normal day for me, Whacky. Did I tell you about our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter? I refused to give her the remote so she simply walked across to the TV and switched it on. I'd forgotten you could do that with them - isn't science wonderful.

Whacky....I am always dropping the remote. Darn TV...I have to have 2 remotes here, one for the volume (because it's never been programmed into the universal remote) and the other remote is for the satellites. Sure is complicated...A

I would hate that....
however, did you know that you can burn an additional 70 calories per hour by getting up and changing the channel on the tv?

Oh yes
I know all about this. Two our our TV remotes were chewed by the dog. And, we can never find the instruction manuals. When we find them, I can't understand them. Yesterday we bought a wireless headphone for the TV an guess what? No one can figure out how to get them to work. I am not even trying....
