...these things can be little nudges, signs to Slow Down a bit.
Or sometimes they can be great opportunities to get some reading done!
Sometimes they can even be a chance to swell your bank balance by suing the negligent construction firm!!

Poor Jem,
I feel for ya...literally. Not sure if ya saw a recent post of mine, but I sprained my ankle and tore some ligements a few weeks ago. Man, I know, it freakin hurts like a bitch. I've had an air cast on and I'm still not sure if it is doing much good. Gotta go back to the doc soon and see. My prayers are with you and sending lots of healing energy your way!

I can't tell you
how many times I have stepped wrong and sprained or torn something in my ankle or foot.
I am probably the only person who has ever sprained one ankle walking down three steps and the other going back up the steps to rest the first ankle. I couldn't walk for two weeks.
