Re: callista, I can remember when gas was 40 cents a gallon when I was a teen
The price of gas is appalling, but all we can do is just continue the best we can on down the road. Thanks for the beautiful rose

I had the same experience last night
We live about 45 minutes outside the centre of Delhi. Last night I was driving home after a very long day and was a little tired. But the stars were out, there was a fabulous moon and the air crisp. The roads were clear and I was home in 30 minutes. The city and its outskirts looked lovely.

Callista
Yeah the price of everyday fuels are rising and I too remember those days when I could put a fraction of the amount I use today in the tank and it would last me a week, whereas now it's a few days etc. I thought last week of using a push bike to work, although the time it would take and thinking of those steep hills, I don't think I'd get much work done as for one I'd be breathless and the other I'd have gone at such a
pace that I'd be clocking out long before clocking in lol. Take care.
Bless

not so fast Callista! (Go on down that road...no gas, fewer stores, health
because we will work at everything (like sewing our clothers, growing our food) and having less of a carbon footprint...fewer miles for food to travel, fewer pesticides, additives, chemicals...I can't add chemicals to the food I am growing for my family, or could I? Let meponder this after I fill my tank with 2.85 gas on your road (Here it s still $3.00 and higher per gallon)> Shalom
