Here's one for you. Put your favourite low calorie yogurt at the top of the stairs and each time you fancy one, climb the stairs 3 times (health permitting of course) before finally indulging. (oh by the way, it's not one that I've tried as I don't diet, it just came into my head). Hope you all achieve your goals. Take care.
