I can at times post lengthy post and comments for that matter (Oooops), though I'm not overly concerned if someone reads the full post or not. For me I like to write as well as read, so even I come across a post that is a touch long (not over over long) I will do just that, read the entire post etc. If my eyes do start to hurt etc, I will return later to continue. I will agree that flash, bright colours etc on post are a put off though and does naturally limit the amount of time one can spend on a read etc. Also due to health reasons, where I am from, health warnings have to be given prior to someone opening a screen or viewing something that contains flash, as this has now been proven to bring on epileptic fits etc. Take care.

" anymore. Reading is great. I've leaned to re-condition myself. "The food" tastes better now.

Seedlings, My Sister of Peace- Yes, Flash is Trash 85% of the time
As far as length goes- I am sometimes long winded. Thus the title IR's Ramblings (shameful plug here)LOL In the time I have spent here (off and on) I have found the longer posts get the lesser reads, unless the post sparks controversy. Still it doesn't matter. You are right about the attention span. Unless it grips me (as in your post on breasts) I'll move on and maybe read the post later. I guess it's all part of the old "eye of the beholder" syndrome. Have a great week end and keep in touch

I am soooooo sorry. I failed to mention on my post about the Christmas greetings for Dems versus Reps that it was a copy of an email I got today, not an original of mine so you gave me an undeserved great comment.....I went back and added that fact to the post but wanted to come over here and tell you personally. I was very embarassed that I did that because I try to be scrupulous about that sort of thing....Ijust thought it was so great I guess I got too eager to share it before I forgot about it and hit the post button before I checked it and realized I hadn't noted it was an email. Anyway, didn't mean to mislead you....but, thanks for reading and glad you enjoyed.....I thought it was really a creative write, too! Speaking of which, I'm going to have to come back and read your tits story I noticed before this one.....the title struck a chord with an experience of my own so I definitely am curious to read it when I get these dang presents wrapped.....make that read,

I clicked on a post this morning...my normal time for reading as I sip my coffee and wham-O bright orange slammed into my eye's like a bad hangover and that was it I was gone, baby gone.
