I have been around a while. I have been up many nights. It works. But you must only do it if you want to. There is no boss more unreasonable than he who bosses himself. Yet there is no boss more rewarding than he who rewards himself. I hope you get my drift.

Stay well; Happy New Year.

Sleep fast. Good one.
I went for ten years suffering sleep deprivation while my kids were small. This may explain why they thought I was so crabby and quick to fly off the handle. Funny about those bicycle tire tracks on the ceiling that happened when nobody was home.  These days I do okay if I put seven hours together, but I'm not worth two cents if I'm awake all night. It's good to read you again. :)pat

When I' haven't had time for sleep, I've always found,10 minutes every hour
or two really helps. just ten minutes, any more and I get into a really deep sleep and feel worse.

a great bias! Studies prove our efficiency suffers & biorhythms as we deny

sleep (which is the real pharmacy for the body andmind!). Shalom
