I can't help it sometimes.
We have a huge camellia bush by our front door -- it's had buds on it since the first of December and they haven't popped yet! Driving us crazy!

Some how I didn't have you pegged as a "bud watcher" but it's cool to think of you across the miles carefully changing the water and watching in quiet awe.

I love roses
They are my favorite flower. I didn't know any of that information. Does that work on roses that have already bloomed as well?

Actually, surprising as it may sound, I am also a bud watcher! But in my part of the world there aren't any to be watched at this time of year, unless you get them from the florist, and that ain't the same fun, somehow..., and a bit of an ear rub for you know who...

I have trouble finding a place to put any flower arrangements or vases that Pitiful can't get into.  She has an obsession with them and decimates any and all at first opportunity.
